I started in network television and spent the next 15 years moving deeper into performance, strategy, and the operational side of creative businesses. I've led teams, owned P&Ls, and directed productions. But a lot of that time was spent inside startups, building departments that didn't exist yet, with no processes, no precedent, and real pressure to perform.
That's where I learned how businesses actually work — and in recent years, AI is how I make them work better.
That experience is exactly why I build AI systems now. I know what broken processes look like from the inside, which means I know how to fix them and what it actually takes to make a new one stick.
Based in Los Angeles and currently available for consulting, fractional leadership, or custom AI system builds.
